Joy is a woman of many talents. She has worked in a variety of organizations as Administrative Assistant, obtaining many skills along the way. From the March of Dimes to a local bank and on to teaching software classes for Gateway Computers, Joy brings a lot of experience and pizzazz to the Team.
Caring for people has always been one of Joy’s passion. She currently co-Pastors an Inner-city church plant with her husband CJ in the Penn-Del District of the Assemblies of God. She joined Penn-Del Charities in November 2009, she is responsible for the operations of the office and its’ correspondence, coordinating the website development and the financial operations with the assistance and oversight of Executive Director and President, John Castellani and our accountant, C. Elaine Saxe. The job description includes the phrase, “and other duties as needed,” which lends itself to many new and exciting ventures.
Joy and her husband CJ, who have been married for nine years, live in Reading, PA with two of their four children.
